Willie Maude Jackson

Willie Maude Britt Jackson, born March 28, 1932, in Wilcox County, Georgia, passed away on April 18, 2024 in Rochelle, Ga.

Ms. Jackson was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to dance, attend the VFW, traveling and shopping. Her brightest joys were spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was married for many years to the father of her children and former husband Mr. Ernest Elmer Jackson.

She is survived by her children, Mr. David Jackson of Rochelle, Ga., Mrs. Sharon King of Pitts, Ga., and Mr. Jim Jackson of North Carolina.

She is also survived by grandchildren; Richard Alton Dunagan, Jr. and his wife Kelly, Daniel Joseph Dunagan and wife Amanda, Christopher Lee Dunagan and significant other Rachel Burnam, Amanda Lynn Jackson, Melissa Ann Singletary and husband Derek, Sara Suzanna Rountree and husband Wesley, Trenton James Jackson and wife, Sydney, Caleb Edward Jackson, Dylan Jackson and significant other Lacey Lummus and Tripp Wilson and wife Tara Wilson, great-grandchildren; Joseph Dunagan and wife Kaylan, Jackson Dunagan, Hayden, Dunagan, Owen Dunagan, Lane Dunagan, Sailor Burnam, Madison Lynn Kight and husband Trey, Emma Grace Gibbs, Zoe Isabella Poole, James Wesley Rountree, Nova Ruth Rountree and one great great grandchild Grayson Trey Kight.  She was preceded in death by her parents, William Lonie Britt and Mildred Rebecca Keen.

A service will be held in the M.G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home, Rochelle, Ga. on Sunday April 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle, Ga. with her grandson's serving as pall bearers and great grandson's honorary pall bearers.
