Willie Hue Bill Ledford

Willie Hue “Bill” Ledford, age 89 of Abbeville, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held at  3:00 PM Monday, April 21st in the Cannonville Baptist Church.  Reverend Joel Owens will officiate.  Interment will be in the Cannonville Cemetery.  Visitation will be 2:00 PM-3:00 PM Monday in the church.

Mr. Ledford was born on July 21, 1935 in Abbeville, Ga.  He was son of the late Clyde Ledford and Annie Mae Ledford.  He was employed in the Builders Supply Industry for 45 yrs.  His last employment was with the Rochelle Builders Supply.  He was a member at Cannonville Baptist Church and was a Emeritus Deacon. He served his country with honor in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers-James Ledford, Vernon Ledford and Jackie Ledford and 2 sisters-Carolyn Elder and Mattie Ledford.

Survivors include:  wife-Montine Bass Ledford, son-Ronnie Ledford (Amy), daughters-Donna Hardeman and Alicia Garcia ( Manuel), sister-Joyce McCranie, and grandchildren-Kyle Hardeman, Cory Hardeman, Kristen Hardeman, Caleb Hardeman, Jordan Ledford, Justin Ledford, Alex Aparicio, Marie Ledford and Chris Aparicio, great-grandchildren-Olive Hardeman, Brailynn Edge, Lakelynn Hardeman, Oakley Hulett and Mackelyn Hardeman.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
