William L. Parker, III, age 65, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018, in Decatur, Georgia.He was born December 28, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late William Lester Parker, Jr., and Mardria Wilma Pearce Parker.Mr. Parker was a retired self-employed construction worker.He is survived by his daughter, Leslee Parker-Sproul and son-in-law Jon Sproul of Boston, Mass.; his sisters, Patricia Parker Pill of Prescott, AZ, and Joan Parker of Decatur, GA; his brother, Larry Hendley of Brunswick, GA; his uncles, Ashford and Wayne Pearce; his aunt, Bobbie Wilson all of Brunswick; and his grandchildren, Maeve, Griffen, and Dean Sproul. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 26th, at 1:00 p.m. in Union Cemetery, Pitts, Ga., with the Rev. Eddie Wilcox officiating.Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Frazier and Son Funeral Home, Rochelle, Georgia. Frazier and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
