Willard White

Willard White, age 86 of Abbeville, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in the Houston Medical Center.  A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 18th in the Antioch Cemetery.  Reverend Chuck Taylor will officiate.

Mr. White was born on May 30, 1938 in Abbeville, Ga.  He was son of the late John A. White and Flonnie Ledford White.  His occupation was to deal in sales.  He was of the Baptist Faith and served his country with honor in the United States Army.  He was preceded in death by his siblings:  John B. White, George H. White, Reuben White, Fannie White, Christine White,Onzell Purvis and Inez Elder, nieces-Patricia Miller, Elaine Hockensmith, Sudie Elder and a nephew-Danny Elder.

Survivors include:  nephews-James L. Gibbs, Mike Peters, Ed and Charles Elder, great-nephews-Tim and David Miller and great-great-nephew-Phillip Bloodworth, niece-Ethel Lois Simmons, great-niece-Angie Bloodworth and Michelle Simmons, great-great-nieces-Ashley Handley, Dakota Miller and Carly Miller.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
