Virgil Wade Baker

Virgil Wade Baker age 72 of Abbeville, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024 in El Paso, Texas. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024 in the New Testament Holiness Cemetery in Fitzgerald.

Mr. Baker was born on March 2, 1951 to the late Merrett Eugene Baker and Lillian Derden McBride.  He was a retired employee with the Chek Beverage Company in Fitzgerald.

Survivors include: wife-Jennifer Brooks Baker, mother-Lillian McBride, son-Frankie Baker, daughters-Barbara Jean Baker, Bonnie Baker and Christina Michelle Baker, brother-Leonard Baker and a grandchild-Destiny Baker.

Frazier and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
