Vanez Jones Craft

Vanez J. Craft, age 87 of 428 Bowen St., Abbeville, Ga. passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 23, 2008 in the Cannonville Baptist Church with the Rev. Talmadge Wilcox, Rev. Chuck Taylor, and Rev. Jim Faircloth officiating.Interment will be in the Cannonville Cemetery. Mrs. Craft was born on September 29, 1921 in Wilcox County.She was daughter of the late Clarence D. Jones and Willow Belle Stephens Jones.She was a homemaker and member of the Cannonville Baptist Church. Survivors include: sons-Marlin Craft of Abbeville and Eddie Craft of Abbeville, daughters-Larue Holmes of Hawkinsville, Sheila Tanner of Abbeville, and Julie Craft of Abbeville, 11-grandchildren, 11-great-grandchildren, and 1-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Saturday in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
