Thomas F. Sapp, Jr. age 89 of Abbeville, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012 in the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald.Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 24th in the Stubbs Cemetery.Reverend Jim Faircloth and Reverend Tony Dixon will officiate.Visitation will follow the graveside service at the cemetery. Mr. Sapp was born on March 14, 1923 in Abbeville.He was son of the late T. F. Sapp and Fannie Keen Sapp.He was Owner-Operator of Sapp’s Food Center for 60 years.He was a member of the Abbeville First Baptist Church and served his country with honor in the United States Army during World War II. Survivors include:Wife-NormieV. Sapp of Abbeville, son-Tommy (Diane) Sapp of Abbeville, daughter-Elaine (David) Sheppard of Abbeville, 3-grandchildren and 4-great-grandchildren. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
