Thomas Mitchell

Thomas Mitchell, age 64, of Rochelle, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in Taylor Regional Hospital, Hawkinsville, Georgia.He was employed with Ralph’s Poultry, and a member of King of Kings Christian Church. Thomas was born November 30, 1956, in Bartow, Florida, to the late Jimmy Troy Mitchell and Betty Jean Carver Mitchell.He was also preceded in death 2 daughters, Sarah Mitchell and Lynn Mitchell, and a sister, Betty Sue McKinney. Survivors include his wife, Linda Mitchell of Rochelle; his sons, James, Jesse, and Joel Mitchell all of Rochelle; his daughters, Katherine McKinney and Naomi Mitchell both of Rochelle; his brothers, Johnny Mitchell of Oklahoma, Darryl Mitchell of Fitzgerald, Michael Mitchell of Abbeville, and Troy Mitchell of Oklahoma; his sisters, Mae Wilson of Oklahoma, Janet Bullington, Margaret Ward, Beverly Reeves all of Abbeville; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 21st, at 11:00 a.m. at King of Kings Christian Church with Bro. Ruel McKinney officiating.Interment will be in King of Kings Cemetery.A visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service in the church.
