Sudie Elder

Sudie Elder, age 74 of Ashburn, (formerly of Wilcox County), passed away Monday, October 7, 2024 in the Pruitt Health Care.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 10, 2024 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.  Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pastor Jeremy Barrett will officiate.

Sudie was born on April 7, 1950 in Rochelle, Ga.  She was the daughter of the late Ray Elder and Bessie Lois Harrison Elder.  Sudie was loved by family and friends.  She loved the Lord and loved to sing in church.  She is preceded in death by 2-brothers, Danny Elder and Randall Peters and 3-sisters, Lola Elder, Pat Miller and Sara Hockensmith.

Survivors include:  brothers-Ed Elder (Rae), Charles Elder (Elaine), James Gibbs and Mike Peters (Rethea) and sister Ethel Lois Simmons.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
