Sherry Lynn Dykes

Sherry Lynn Dykes, age 53 of Abbeville, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 2, 2024 in the Christian Hill Free Will Baptist Church.  Reverend Jacob Martin and Reverend Chuck Taylor will officiate.

Sherry was born on May 3, 1971 in Fitzgerald, Georgia.  She is the daughter of Gary Dykes and the late Peggy Jones Dykes.  She was a former employee of Shaw Industries in Fitzgerald and member of the Christian Hill Free Will Baptist Church.  She liked to attend festivals and read her bible.  She loved birds and lady bugs.

Survivors include:  father-Gary Dykes, daughter-Makayla Rogers, brother-Kelly Dykes and step-brother-Tony Dykes.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
