Shelia Ann Owens

Shelia Ann Owens, age 57, of Rochelle, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021, at her residence. She was a sanitation supervisor for the City of Fitzgerald. Shelia was born March 14, 1964, in Blackshear, Georgia, to the late Louis Stephens and Mattie Lou Taylor.She is survived by her daughter, Kristin McBryant of Pineview; her brothers, Louis Stephens, Jr. (Stephanie) of Rochelle, Jeffrey Stephens of Rochelle, and Richard Stephens (Tracie); of Jacksonville, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Charolette, Nathan, Olivia, and Madalynn McBryant. She is preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Owens in 2008, a sister-Mary Ruth Stephens and a sister-in-law-Debbie Stephens. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, August 13th, at 2:00 p.m. at Kings of Kings Christian Church with Bro. Jerry Stephens officiating.
