Sandra Barton

Sandra Barton, age 64 of Cordele, passed away Monday, August 5 in the Medical Center Navicent Health.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 8th in the Canonville Baptist Church.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 9-10 AM in the church.Reverend Chuck Taylor will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Cannonville Cemetery. Mrs. Barton was born on March 7, 1955 in Moultrie, Ga.She was daughter of the late John D. Brumbley and Florence Barwick Brumbley.She was a sales clerk at Stripling’s General Store in Cordele and was a member of the Cannonville Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Brumbley in 1988. Survivors include:husband-Robert Barton of Cordele, brothers-Alvin Brumbley of Cordele and Ronnie Brumbley of Cordele. Frazier and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
