Ruth Rouse

Ruth Rouse, age 85 of Pitts, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in the Crisp Regional Hospital.A visitation will be held Saturday, April 6th from 6-8 PM in the Social Hall of the First Baptist Church of Rochelle.Reverend Richard Compton will say a prayer before the visitation begins and Reverend Mike Gibbs will end the visitation with a prayer. Mrs. Rouse was born on April 27, 1933 in Rochelle.She was daughter of the late Henry Mullis and Izetta Smith Mullis.She was a homemaker and member of the Vienna Church of God.She was a passionate person and loved her animals and family, but most of all she loved the Lord. Survivors include:son-Dennis (Judy) Gibbs of Byron, daughters-Patsy (Roy) Faircloth of Pitts, Jimmy Lynn (Mark) Harden of Rochelle, Carol Gibbs of Pitts and Debbie Gibbs of Tifton, 9-grandchildren, 12-great-grandchildren, 2-great-great-grandchildren and a very special friend, Doris Rountree.
