Ruby Lee, age 77 of Abbeville, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 in the Dodge County Hospital in Eastman.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 2nd in the Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville.Visitation will be from 6-7 PM Tuesday, April 1st in Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle.Carter Clements will officiate. Mrs. Lee was born on December 5, 1936 in Unadilla.She had lived in Abbeville since 1992 moving from Albany.She was daughter of the late Jessie Anthony Head and Grace Ransom Head.She was a retired Insurance Agent with American Family Life Insurance Co. She was a member of the Abbeville First Baptist Church and loved fishing and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include:brothers-Emmett Ransom Head of Bonaire, Thomas Edwin Head of Warner Robins, Jesse C. Head of Hidden Lake, California and James Ransom Head of Hawkinsville and a sister-Martha Head Giddens of Abbeville. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
