Ruby Pope Hannah

Ruby Pope Hannah, age 95 of New York, formerly of Rochelle, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 in New York.  She was a homemaker, and a member of Pope City Baptist Church.

Ruby was born May 30, 1927, in Douglas, Georgia to the late Acie and Cora Pope.  She is also predeceased by her husband, Edgar Jack Hannah, and her four children, Donna Lombardo, Patricia Cohen, Jack Hannah, and Gary Hannah, and 3 brothers and 5 sisters..

She is survived by her grandsons, Eric Boggs (Debra), Joseph Lombardo (Elizabeth); her granddaughter, Jennifer Lombardo; her sister, Ola Nell Gibbs, and her brother, Bobby Pope (Brenda).  She also has many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 25 ^th , at 11:00 a.m. at Pope City Cemetery with Rev. Danny Allen officiating.
