Rozelle G. Mullis, age 86 of Abbeville, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the Southland Healthcare and Rehab in Dublin.Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 27th in the Bay Springs Cemetery in Rhine, Ga.Reverend John T. McDuffie will officiate. Mrs. Mullis was born on April 21, 1931 in Dodge County.She was daughter of the late Aaron Karr Guinn and Marjorie Cook Guinn.She was a retired Civil Service Employee with Robins Air Force Base.She was a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edwin Mullis and a daughter, Sandra Peavy. Survivors include:Grandson-Travis Peavy (fiancé-Audrey Gordon) of Dublin and great-granddaughter-Krisene Peavy of Dublin. Frazier and Son Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
