Roy Lee Price, Jr.

Roy Lee Price, Jr., age 69, of Abbeville (Statham Shoals Community), passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023, in the Memorial University Medical Center, Savannah, Ga.  He was a former logger with Clem Brothers Logging Company in Eastman, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Roy was born January 25, 1954, in Dadeville, Alabama, to the late Roy Lee Price, Sr., and Lela Walls Price.  He is survived by his friend, Maryline Wilson; his son, Joey Price (Erica); his daughter, Amanda Heath (Robby); and his grandchildren, Brianna and Austin Heath, and J.C., Daquari, and Chelsea Price.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 18th, at 11:00 a.m., where the Anchor Community Church gathers on Boat Landing Rd. at Statham Shoals.  Bro. Terry Pope will be officiating.
