Ronny Loyd Stubbs

Ronny Loyd Stubbs, age 70, of Rochelle, Georgia, passed away Friday, March 5, 2021, at his residence.He was a civil service employee with Robins Air Force Base in electronics, and attended Rebecca Baptist Church.He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Ronny was born October 30, 1950, in Fitzgerald, to the late Jesse Loyd Stubbs and Faustine Wilkerson Stubbs.He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Stubbs.Survivors include his daughters, Melissa Crawford (Phillip) of Rebecca, and Melinda Rawlins (Judd) of Rochelle; his brothers, Roy Stubbs (Kathy) of Rochelle, Ray Stubbs (Cynthia) of Rochelle, and Dan Stubbs (Teresa) of Ashburn; five grandchildren, Erica Hasty (Zack), Tanner Crawford, Chandler Crawford, Seth Rawlins, and Slade Rawlins; and his great-grandchildren, Charlie, Emily, and Paisley Hasty. A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 7th, at 3:00 p.m. in Christian Home Cemetery, with Rev. Eric Smith officiating.A visitation will follow the service at the gravesite.Pallbearers are Andy Anderson, Spencer Stubbs, Justin Stubbs, Aaron Stubbs, and Chad Stubbs, honorary pallbearers are Jess and Thomas Stubbs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
