Robert "Booty" Miller

Robert “Booty” Miller, age 89, of Pitts, passed away Friday, February 2, 2024, at his residence.  He was a former employee of Doster Peanut Warehouse, a retired Civil Service employee with Robins Air Force Base, and a U.S. Army veteran.

“Booty” was born January 16, 1935, in Pitts, Georgia, to the late Walter Miller and Lorene Phillips Miller.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Rickey Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Miller; his son, Michael Miller of Pitts; his daughters, Robin Conner (Ed) of Hatley, and Julie Holliday (Bobby Jr.,) of Rochelle; his grandchildren:  Ben Miller, Jennifer Holliday, Chasen Conner (Tiffany), Hannah Bates (Chris), and Abby Holliday; and his great-grandchildren:  Payton Conner, Emma, Sophie, and Lilith Miller, Brennen Holliday, and Henley and Conner Bates.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, February 6th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Union Cemetery, with Bobby T. Holliday, Jr., officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Pruitt Health Care Hospice, 708 East 16th Ave., Cordele, GA 31015.
