Richard Guffey

Richard "Rat" Guffey age 63 of Rochelle, passed away Thursday in the Crisp Regional Nursing & Rehab Center.Funeral services will be at 4:00 P M. Sunday, September 19, 2010 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.The Reverend Chuck Taylor will officiate.Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery.Visitation will be from 3-4 PM Sunday before the service. Mr. Guffey was born on July 9, 1947 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.He was son of the late Clifton Mason Guffey and Sally Mae Havner.He was an employeed mechanic with Gulf Oil Co. and was of the Church of God Faith. Survivors include:sons-Tommy and Scotty Guffey, daughter-Lisa Guffey and a sister-Velma Caldwell. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
