Ranson N. Youngblood

Ranson N. Youngblood, age 74 of Pitts, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 in the Cypress Pond Senior Care in Tifton. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Union Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Wilbanks and Caleb Cook are officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM in the church. Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery.

Mr. Youngblood was born on October 11, 1950. He was son of the late Clarence E. Youngblood and Clarie Brown Youngblood. He was retired engineer with Albany Logistics Marine Base. He was former owner and operator of Youngblood Ice Company and K&Y Bee Company. Mr. Youngblood was a member of Union Baptist Church and was a graduate from Crisp County High School and the University of Georgia. He loved to hunt and enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Survivors include: wife-Angela Dix Youngblood, sons-Johnny (Reatha) Cook and Ernest (Regina Kimbrell) Cook, Daughters- Sandra (Johnny) Sanders, Cynthia (Ray) Stubbs, Gina (Scotty) Owens, Brother-Gary (Connie) Youngblood, and Sister-Connie Youngblood Nutt. He has 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that friends visit them at the residence of Angela Youngblood, 380 Jett Lane, Pitts, Ga 31072.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of choice.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
