Polly Robinson

Polly W. Robinson, age 97 of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 in Shady Pines Assisted Living Facility in Abbeville.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, December 18th in Christian Home Baptist Church.Reverend David Clark, Minister David Stevenson and Larry Stubbs will officiate. Interment will be in the Christian Home Cemetery. Mrs. Robinson was born on July 12, 1914 in Rochelle, Ga.She was the daughter of the late Joseph David Whittle and Cora Dozier Whittle.She was a homemaker.She was a membe of Ashburn Church of Chirist.She was preceded in death by her husband, W. J. (Bill) Robinson. Survivors include:Daughter-Dianne (Larry) Stubbs of Abbeville, Son-James Perry Robinson of Jacksonville, Florida and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Saturday, December 17th in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
