Pamela D. Willoughby, age 23 of 4437 Christian Hill Rd., Rochelle, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 in the Dodge County Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 8, 2008 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Rev. Wayne Martin will officiate.Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery. Miss Willoughby was born on February 27, 1985 in Pulaski County.She was the daughter of Clarence Willoughby of Rochelle and Glenda Sheffield of Rochelle.She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include:father-Clarence Willoughby of Rochelle, mother-Glenda Sheffield of Rochelle, brother-Chris Willoughby of Rochelle, and sister-Kim Willoughby of Rochelle. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, Nov. 7 in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle has charge of arrangements.
