Neva A. Tedders, age 86 of Ballground, Ga. ,formerly of the Owensboro Community, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 in the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 14th in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.Reverend David Clark will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany, Ga. at 3:30 PM. Mrs. Tedders was born on April 1, 1931 in Enigma, Ga.She was daughter of the late Charlie Walker and Hattie Mae Stewart Walker.She attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was a homemaker and a seamstress.She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Tedders. Survivors include:daughter-Deborah (Wayne) Seals of Ballground, brothers-Mitchell Walker of Rochelle, Ralph Walker of Rochelle and Grady Walker of Perry, Florida, sisters-Christine Harvey of Perry and Abbie Kennedy of Dallas, grandchildren-Heather (C. J.) Stam and Bryan (Paula) Seals and great-grandchildren-Audrey Stam, , Neal Stam, Wyatt Baylor Seals, Evangeline and Preston Hayes. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday, April 13th in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
