Nathan L. Clack, age 82 of Rochelle, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at his residence.Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 12th in the Siloam Baptist Church.Reverend David Clark and Reverend Tommy Baker l officiated.Interment was in the family plot in the Siloam Cemetery with military rites and masonic rites. Mr. Clack was born on June 2, 1932 in Pitts.He was son of the late Thomas A. Clack and Myrtice Irene Lawson Clack.He was retired Owner/Operator of Wilcox Gas Company in Abbeville and a member of the Siloam Baptist Church.He was a member of the Western Light Masonic Lodge #272 and a former Barber in Macon.He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.He served his country with honor in the United States Marines during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include:wife-Joyce Clack of Rochelle, sons-Ricky (Susan) Clack of Oakwood and Andy (Sandra) Clack of Abbeville, daughter-Joye Lynn (Joseph) Owens of Abbeville, brother-Elburn Clack of Cordele, sister-Dorothy Thomas of Birmingham, Alabama, 12-grandchildren, 22-great-grandchildren and 3-great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were:Josh Owens, Branson Owens, Trae Clack, Doug Bloodworth, James Goddard and Toby McSwain. Pelude and postlude was played by Holly Howell.Charles Fisher sang, "How Great Thou Art" and "Just One Rose". Visitation was from 6-8 PM Wednesday, March 11th in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle was in charge of arrangements.
