Nancy Owens Newberry Selph

Nancy Owens Newberry Selph, age 65 of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 9th at the Sam Reid Owens Farm.Visitation will be from 2-3 PM one hour before the service in the residence at 9516 Hwy. 233 N., Rochelle, Ga. Reverend Wendy Hardin Hermann, Donna Bloodworth Stripling and Reverend Ferris Hardin will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle. Mrs. Selph was born on January 15, 1949 in Macon.She was daughter of the late Sam Reid Owens and Lola Mae Crosby Owens.She was a member of the First Avenue Baptist Church and was a self-employed Insurance Agent.She was a member of the Dogwood Garden Club and the Ladies Bridge Group. Survivors include:daughters-Niki Newberry (Jonathan) Coody of Tifton and Paige Newberry (Chad) Fulk of Macon, 2-grandchildren-Macaden Fulk and Halen Fulk and a husband-Donald Selph of Rochelle. The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the First Avenue Baptist Church. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
