Mildred Faye Mcwhorter

Mildred K. McWhorter age 79 of Pitts, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 28 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Reverend David Clark will officiate.Interment will be in the Christian Home Cemetery. Mrs. McWhorter was born on December 21, 1931 in McCrae, Georgia.She was daughter of the late Homer Killiebrew and Eunice Smith Killiebrew.She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Shelton O. McWhorter, a son, Terry McWhorter and a brother Mitchell Killiebrew. Survivors include:sons-Larry and Jon McWhorter both of Pitts, daughters-Carol Tyson of Albany and Beverly Landers of Pitts, brother-Marlin Killiebrew of Pineview and 6-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Saturday, November 27 in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
