Marty Lindsey

Marty Lindsey, age 58 of Cordele, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 at his residence.Graveside Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 4, 2014 in the family plot in the Morningside Cemetery. Marty was born on July 14, 1955 in Cordele.He was son of the late Samuel Lindsey and Loraine Barnett Lindsey.Marty was dearly loved by his family and friends.He was very kind and fun to be around.He was a hard working farmer the majority of his life.He was preceded in death by his brother-Harry Cliffton “Cliff” Lindsey and sisters-Connie Sue Lindsey and Cindy Lindsey Tarvin. Survivors include :brother-Sammy E. “Bo” (Angela) Lindsey of Pineview, and 2-sisters-Velda Davis of Cordele and Gladys (Herman) Robinson of Brunswick. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
