LouVenia H. Walton, age 83 of Albany, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 in the Palmyra Medical Center.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 2, 2011 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM in the chapel.Reverend Debbie Cone will officiate.Interment will follow in the family plot in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Walton was born on October 2, 1927 in Abbeville.She was daughter of the late James Thomas Helms and Donnie May Belle Bellamy Helms.She was a retired beautician and was a Methodist.She was preceded in death by her husband, Swift Jessie Walton. Survivors include:sons-William “Bill” (Bonnie) Walton of Albany and Donald “Don” (Zona) Walton of Dawsonville, sister-Matilda Ann Arwood of Highland, N. C., 5-grandchildren and 1-great-grandchild. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle has charge of arrangements.
