Lorie Ann Smith

Lorie Ann Smith, age 52 of Pitts, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in the Crisp Regional Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 9th in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.   Visitation will be one hour before the service from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM in the chapel.  Reverend Quillion Barfield will officiate.  Interment will be in the Pitts cemetery.

Lorie was born on March 13, 1972 to the late Talmadge Smith and Diane Miller Smith.  She was a nurse at Glen Eagle Nursing Home in Abbeville.  She was of the Baptist Faith and a homemaker.

Survivors include:  sons-William Shane Chastain and Quinton Thompson, companion-Clark Bowen, brother-Robert Lee Smith, sisters-Cindy Kaye (Vincent) Smith and Wendy Faye Smith, family members-Alexandria and husband, Bryan Sturman and children-Brooklyn Sturman and Jacqueline Sturman and her best friend, Laura Sapp.  Several aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews also survive.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
