Larry Cornett

Larry Cornett, age 75 of Snellville, formerly of Pitts, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016 in the Abbey Hospice in Social Circle.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 28th in the Morningside Cemetery.Reverend Danny Allen will officiate. Mr. Cornett was born on January 14, 1941 in Atlanta, Ga.He was son of the late Bertram James Cornett and Huldah Elizabeth Porterfield Cornett.He was of the Baptist Faith and was a sales person for All-Tel Communications. He was widow of the late Eleanor Cornett.He served his country with honor in the United States Air Force. Survivors include:son-Ricky Cornett of Snellville, daughter-Sherri (Kia) Bright of Snellville, sister-Betty Sue (Bill) Yocam of Cordova, Tennessee, cousin-Susanne Autry of Monroe and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
