Kenneth Lavaughn Cook

Kenneth Lavaughn Cook, age 88 of Pitts, passed away Wednesday in the Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 22, 2025 in the Oklahoma Cemetery. Rev. Trey McBryant will officiate.

Kenneth was born on September 8, 1936 in Pitts, GA. He was the son of the late Grady Cook and Etsie Seay. He was a retired supervisor with Pace Setter Men’s Wear. He was a United States Army Veteran. He loved to play anything musical and loved to spend time with grandchildren. He was a member of Oklahoma Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Dwayne Cook, and two sisters, Loutilder Bryan and Eski Iduma Butler.

Survivors include: Wife- Norma Ruth Cook, Sons- Kenneth Cook Jr, and Donald Wayne Cook, Daughters- Robin Kaye Tillman (Ed), Rhonda Rena Smith (Dean), Donna Yvonne Cook, Half Bothers- John Thomas Butler, John Raleigh Cook. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Friday at Frazier and Son Funeral Home.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
