Keith Newman

Keith Newman, age 66, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 at his residence.  Graveside services will be held Monday, July 15th at 11:00 AM in the Cannonville Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday, July 14th from 5-7 PM in Frazier and Son Funeral Home. Reverend Chuck Taylor will officiate.

Mr. Newman was born on September 17, 1957 in Fitzgerald.  He was son of the late George Theron Newman and Laquita Whitman Newman.  He was a retired employee from Delco Remy.  He was a member of Cannonville Baptist Church and a member of the United Auto Workers.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth “Pete” Newman.

Survivors include:  son-Adam Keith Newman and wife Julie Newman of Cordele, grandchildren-Halle Newman and Ansley Newman, daughter-Nicole Rhodes and husband Wes Rhodes of Perry and granddaughter, Lily Rhodes, brother-Kelvin “Bo” Newman of Orlando, Fla. and a special companion, his dog Lucy.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
