Katherine Fellows Eason

Katherine Fellows Eason, age 63 of 4855 Pinto Drive, Albany, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013 in the Wynfield Park Health and Rehab Center in Albany.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 23rd in the Hall and Hall Funeral Home Chapel in Albany.Pastor Robin Chaplain will officiate. Interment will be in the Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville.Visitation will be one hour before the service at 10:00 AM in the Hall and Hall Chapel. Mrs. Eason was born on October 14, 1949.She was daughter of the late Howard Fellows and Mary Lou Niblet Fellows.She was a homemaker and a very active member of the Victory Baptist Church in Albany.She enjoyed gardening and all sports.She attended Middle Georgia College.She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dean Eason in 2011. Survivors include:son-Will Eason of Leesburg, daughters-Heather (Cole) Shanks of Albany and Holly (Dominic) Ibarra of Tucson, Arizona, brothers-Howard “Buck” Fellows of Longview and Winston Fellows of Hartwell, grandchildren-Caleb Shanks, Blythe Shanks and Adyson Ibarra. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association Southwest Georgia Region, 225 E. 2ndStreet, Tifton, Ga. 31794. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
