John A. Mcduffie

John A. McDuffie, age 78 of Rochelle, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 in the Crossview Care Center in Pineview.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 21st in the Christian Hill Free Will Baptist Church.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 2-3 PM in the church.Reverend Wayne Martin will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Christian Hill Cemetery. Mr. McDuffie was born on October 25, 1937 in Rochelle, Ga.He was son of the late Audis McDuffie and Pearl Adams McDuffie.He was a retired Textile Worker with the Opelika Manufacturing Company in Hawkinsville.He was a member of the Christian Hill Free Will Baptist Church.He was the widower of Veronica Sikes McDuffie. Survivors include:son-Keith (Jina) McDuffie of Pheniz City, Alabama, 2-step-sons-Gordon Scott Sanders of Rochelle and Michael Allen Sanders of Rochelle, 2-step-daughters-Sharon Ann Gidney of Hawkinsville and Sherry Lynn Henson of Hawkisnville, brother-James (June) McDuffie of Hawkisnville and sister-Glennette (Robert) Braden of Rochelle.
