JoAnn Owens, age 83 of Leesburg, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 in the Magnolia Manor Nursing Home.A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 17that 11:00 AM in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Reverend David Clark will officiate. Mrs. Owens was born on April 8, 1934 in Antlers, Oklahoma.She was daughter of the late Julius J. Cook and Eugenia Ann Cook.She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include: sons-John, Joel and Jerry Owens, daughters-Jennifer Bullington, Jeanette (Herman, Jr.) Greene and Jeannie Greene, step-brother-Danny Owens, sisters-Bonnie Verley, Ella Graland, Louise Cook and Sandy Duncan, 12-grandchldren and 14-great-grandchildren.
