Jim Mcduffie

Jim McDuffie, age 71 of Tifton, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at his residence.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 18th in the Christian Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Rochelle.Reverend Scott McDuffie and Reverend David Fisher will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Christian Hill Cemetery. Mr. McDuffie was born on June 21, 1943 in Pineview, Ga.He was son of the late Alvin M. McDuffie and Ethel Adams McDuffie.He was Pastor and member of Mystic Baptist Church in Irwin County and was Pastor of Cannonville Baptist Church in Wilcox County for 14 years.He was a livestock auctioneer since 1973. Survivors include:sons-Scott (Renae) McDuffie of Rhine and Josh (Lacie) McDuffie of Moultrie, daughter-Calah (Alex) McDuffie of Tifton, grandchildren-Allison McDuffie, Cole Spires, Landon McDuffie and Levi McDuffie and a great-grandchild-Colton Spires. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, April 17th in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
