Jane Watson, age 78 of Pitts, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25th at 11:00 a.m., in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Reverend Larry Wilbanks will officiate.Private interment will be in the Union Cemetery. Mrs. Watson was born on December 6, 1941 in LaGrange, Georgia.She was daughter of the late Clayton Gibbs and Abbie Tomberlin Gibbs.She was a member of the Union Baptist Church and the Love Sunday School Class.She was a homemaker.She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin E. Watson, brother, Lamar Gibbs and sister, Shirley Vassey. Survivors include:son-Ernie Watson of Pitts, daughter-Wendy (John) Patterson of Pitts, brother-James Gibbs of Rebecca, sister-Jackie Gibbs of Rebecca, grandchildren-Lacey Eason, Jill Brooks, Heather Watson, Clay Watson, great-grandchildren-Rowdy Eason, Rook Eason, Heidi Brooks and Birdi Brooks.
