James "Jim" Floyd Payne

James “Jim” Floyd Payne, age 78 of Rochelle, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in the Dorminy Medical Center.Interment will be in the Union Cemetery. Mr. Payne was born on April 8, 1939 in Ashburn, Ga.He was son of the late William Floyd Payne and Ruby Ethel Barnard Payne.He was retired Heavy Duty Machine Operator with the City of Warner Robins.He is survived by a sister and her husband, Gwen and David Barton of Rochelle and a host of other family members.He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Fullmore Payne.
