James E. Clark

James E. Clark, age 80 of Rochelle, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at his residence.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 25th in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 2-3 PM in the church.Reverend Ray Freeman and Reverend David Clark will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Mr. Clark was born on June 22, 1936 in Rochelle, Ga.He was son of the late Ollie Clark and Catherine Stewart Clark.He was a retired School Bus Driver with the Wilcox County School System with 19 years service.He was owner/operator of Clark Lawn Service for 21 years.He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was preceded in death by brothers, Howard Clark and Vernon Clark. Survivors include:wife-Ethel Clark of Rochelle, sons-James E. (Nikki) Clark, Jr. of Macon, Allen (Laurie) Clark of Rochelle and Ellis (Susan) Clark of Roswell, daughter-Patricia (John) Crow of Rochelle, sister-Betty Lou Owens of Fitzgerald, 13-grandchildren and 14-great-grandchildren.
