J. C. Stillwell, age 53 of 132 Blue Bird Lane, Rochelle, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in Crisp Regional Hospital.Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, November 19 in Morningside Cemetery.Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM Friday in the funeral home.Reverend Danny Stillwell will officiate. Mr. Stillwell was born on March 1, 1957 in Cordele.He was son of the late Earnest Andrew Stillwell and Georgia Mae Brown Stillwell.He was retired from the Maintenance Department with the City of Cordele. Survivors include:Wife-Ruth Ellen Parks Stillwell of Rochelle, daughters-Jessica (Ronnie) Butler of Cordele and Ashley Stillwell of Cordele, half-brother-Andrew Stillwell of Cordele, sisters-Tina Peavy of Cordele, Barbara Newman of Brewton, Alabama, 3-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
