Inez Reaves Mcbryant

Inez Reaves McBryant, age 91 of Pitts, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 21 in the New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Pitts.Elder Willie Hattfield, Reverend James Spires and Reverend Bobby Sheffield will officiate.Interment will be in the New Bethel Cemetery. Mrs. McBryant was born on June 24, 1919 in Pitts, Ga.She was daughter of the late William “Will” Harper Reaves and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Smith Reaves.She was a homemaker and member of the New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by a son-Willie McBrayant, a daughter-Lutrelle Holt and several brothers. Survivors include:sons-Grady (Mildred) McBryant, Jr. of Cordele, Gene (Margie) McBryant of Cordele, and Jimmy (Irma) McBryant of Arabi, daughter-Jackie (Terry) Jones of Pitts, brother-Reverend Leroy Reaves of Cooper, Texas, 13-grandchildren, 15-great-grandchildren and 1-great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, May 20 in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle has charge of arrangements.
