Hubert Ray Allen

Hubert Ray Allen, age 40 of Rochelle, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 in the Taylor Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 20th in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Reverend Ronnie Youngblood and Reverend Ruel McKinney will officiate.Interment will be in the New Hope Cemetery in Crisp County. Mr. Allen was born on March 19, 1971 in Cordele.He had lived in Rochelle for the past two years moving from Cordele. He is son of the late Hubert Allen.He was a member of Morningside Baptist Church in Cordele and was a Volunteer Fireman with Crisp County.He was preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Luna. Survivors include:Mother-Elma Allen of Rochelle, son-Hubert Ray Allen, Jr. of Cordele, daughter-Marissa Allen of Cordele, brothers-Randy (Susan) Poss of Abbeville, James Poss of Rochelle and Larry Poss of Cordele and a sister-Becky Thornton of Jacksonville, Florida. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday, July 19th in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
