Herman Sutton

Herman Sutton, age 79 of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 5th in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 9-10 AM in the chapel before the service.  Reverend Dr. Donnie Sutton will officiate.  Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery.

Mr. Sutton was born on January 20, 1946 in Valdosta, Ga.  He was son of the late Bunyan Sutton and Inez Hatten Sutton.  He was Owner-Operator of Sutton’s Small Engine Repair.  He served his country with honor in the United States Army.  He was an outdoorsman.  He was preceded in death by 2-brothers, Lavelle Sutton and David Sutton.

Survivors include:  wife-Jeanette Sutton, daughter-April Sutton, son-Greg Sutton (Tammie), brothers-Reverend Dr. Donnie Sutton (Willie), Jimmy Sutton, Russell Sutton (Valentina), and Phillip Sutton (Joanne), 2-grandchildren and 4-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
