Herbert W. "Herby" Bruce

Herbert W. “Herby” Bruce age 68 of Vienna, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at his residence.Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, February 6th in the familyplot in the Cannonville Cemetery.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 2-3 PM at the cemetery.Reverend Jim Faircloth will officiate. Mr. Bruce was born on November 5, 1944 in Abbeville.He was son of the late Walter Emory Bruce and Ina Hazel Daniels Bruce.He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church and was retired from the Georgia Forestry Commission.He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Elrod Bruce. Survivors include:brother-Dane Bruce of Abbeville and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the church of choice or needy families. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
