Frances H. Reid, age 89 of Rochelle, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 21st in the First Baptist Church of Rochelle.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 1-2 PM in the church.Reverend Nelson Goddard and Reverend Danny Rhodes will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Morningside Cemetery. Mrs. Reid was born on March 14, 1927 in Rochelle.She was daughter of the late William Doughty Hillis and Frances King Hillis.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rochelle and the D. A. R.She was a homemaker.She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Reid and 2-sons, Richard Reid in 2013 and Nathaniel Reid in 2014. Survivors include:sons-Clay (Sherry) Reid of Rochelle and Robert H. "Bob"(Gail) Reid of Newnan and a sister-Clara (Richard) Schenke of Millertown, Pennsylvania, 7-grandchildren-Daniel Taylor, Sam Reid, Adam Reid, Brett Reid, Gwendolyn Reid Kuhlmann, Joseph Reid and Cody McWhorter and several great-grandchildren.
