Esther Nena Jane Owens, age 81 passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Phenix City, Alabama.Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle, Ga. Born on August 3, 1940 in Ben Hill County, she was the daughter of the late James Hyatt Owens and Edna Louise Russom Owens, and the sister of the late LTC. James H. Owens, Jr. Survivors include her sons James A. Ford, Jr., Michael O. Ford, daughter, Shundra Owens, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
