Emory G. Luke

Emory G. Luke, age 72 of Rochelle, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 at his residence.Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, December 3rd in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Owensboro. Reverend David Clark will officiate. Mr. Luke was born on March 18, 1940 in Marysville, Washington having lived in Rochelle since 2007.He was son of the late Harold Wilson Luke and Marion Dorothy Nicholson Luke.He was a self- employed welder and a Baptist.He served his country with honor in the United States Army-National Guard during the Vietnam War. Survivors include:daughter-Janet (Roger) Minshew of Rochelle, 2-half- brothers-Elmer Headly of Port Hadlock, Washington and Jim Headly of Port Hadlock Washington, 2-grandsons-Charles and Richard Minshew. Visitation will be from 3-5 PM Sunday, December 2nd in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
