Eloise Standridge Rhodes

Eloise Standridge Rhodes, age 82 of Warner Robins, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Local visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Carter Hall First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 20 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle, Ga. with visitation one hour prior to the service.Dr. Rev. Jimmy Asbell and Rev. Missy Blumenthal will officiate.Burial will be in Stubbs Cemetery in Abbeville. Mrs. Rhodes was a native of Wilcox County. and had been a homemaker in Warner Robins since 1957.She was a member of the First United Methodist Churchin Warner Robins, the Fidelity Sunday School Class, and she was active in United Methodist Women’s Circles. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Columbus Standridge and Walla Willingham Standridge.She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lonnie E. Rhodes; son, Donald E. Rhodes (Theresa); daughter, Elizabeth R. Harrell (Tim); brother, Charles E. Standridge (Joyce); and sister-in-law, Frances Standridge. Donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 205 N. Davis Drive, Warner Robins, Ga. 31093. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle has charge of arrangements.
