Elma Clifford "Tibbie" Allen

Elma Clifford “Tibbie” Allen, age 88 of Pineview, passed away Monday, December 30, 2024 in the Crossview Healthcare Center.  Funeral services will be held at   2:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025 in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel.  Brother Ruel McKinney will officiate the services.  Interment will be private in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele.

Mrs. Allen was born on February 22, 1936 in Finleyson, Ga. (Pineview, Ga.).  She was daughter of the late Ruel R. McKinney and Neta Mae Meek McKinney.  She was a daycare center operator. She loved to fish, sew and read.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Allen.  She was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Hubert Ray Allen, Sr. and Larry Allen and 2-brothers, Bob McKinney and Ruel McKinney.

Survivors include:  sons-James and Randy Poss, sisters-Wilma Barwick and Ruby Nell Baker, 9-grandchildren and 12-great-grandchildren.
